Mail Order Form
If you'd prefer to shop offline or pay by check, download our mail order form to order any products you see on the site.
Shipping
UPSP – the US mail service - can ship to PO Boxes and we reserve the right to choose this option for you. Saturday delivery is available through no extra charge only through USPS. Please keep in mind that the mail is not delivered on Federal Holidays.
Non-Continental Orders will be shipped with US Mail. We will then calculate the shipping charge for you based on the size and weight of your order, and email you with the shipping cost. Once you approve the ship cost, your order can be processed. Applies to the domestic US and its territories ONLY.
Some International orders will be required to pay in the form of an international money order in US $ funds. We will notify you if your payment method needs to be changed from the credit card information provided to an international money order in US $ funds. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply for international orders.
APO addresses and non-continental US orders: We do ship to APO and US territory addresses via US Mail. Your shipping method will be automatically changed from UPS when we process your order. Please keep in mind that your shipping charges maybe increased. We will notify you if this is true for your order and wait for your reply before processing your order.
Pay with a gift card
To pay using a Bath Time gift card, please choose this option during checkout. Your order will be saved in our system. Then call us at 800-424-BATH and give us your gift card number so we may look up your balance.
If we are closed when you call, please leave your gift card number and phone number so we may return your call and complete your order.
Pay with a credit card
Our online store can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal balances through PayPal, which securely powers all payment transactions for Bath Time. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your checkout. Simply choose to pay as a guest.
